Rustic Neukirchen offers wonderful views of the mountains, lots of natural beauty and tranquillity. In addition, the area offers numerous and varied summer and winter activities: For example, a hike to the Krimml Waterfalls or one of the numerous bike tours through the Oberpinzgau. Several golf courses are also easily accessible by car. In winter, the perfectly groomed snow slopes on the Wildkogel are impressive. The entrances to the neighboring Kitzski and Zillertal Arena ski areas are only 10 and 20 minutes' drive away respectively. This variety of slopes leaves nothing to be desired for every ski and snowboard enthusiast.
