I am currently in the process of buying a property on Rügen. I find the whole process, the clarification etc. very trustworthy and professional. I think the concept is great, even though it is not new to share holiday properties. But the way it is done here, I only find advantages and no disadvantages so far. Instead of having one holiday property that is then mostly empty, it is much better to have two or three and feel at home as a family in several houses. I'll report back on how well Myne really takes care of everything on site - but so far: big thumbs up!
